Dr Jaclyn was very detailed and thorough with the assessment for a first consult, especially when discussing about the different options available, the long term treatment plan and the costs as well as pros and cons of each option for my dental care objectives, which greatly helped in my decision making for my long term dental care plan. Also appreciate that the assessment was made without judgment and she also took the time to explain my dental situation clearly in layman’s terms. I know I will be in good hands no matter the dental treatment I choose. The staff were very warm and friendly and helpful. Susan was especially prompt with the appointment booking and provided a clear explanation about the policies on bookings and payments which I appreciate.
