I had a molar removed and needed an implant done, but the thought of having a screw drilled into your bone cn be very scary and off-putting. But Dr Gerald walked me through the whole experience , explaining why it was necessary and how it was going to be done, reassuring me each step of the way that it’s going to be okay…
Dr Gerald was very meticulous throughout the whole process. As terrified as i am to get the implant done, i was really surprised to say i did not feel any form of discomfort at all. There was minimal swelling , no one could tell i had a surgery done as there was almost no swelling or pain. I could even eat immediately after i was done with the implant surgery! Very glad i had a good doctor looking after my teeth!!

My experience at Elite Dental and with Dr Jaclyn has been very good. This is the first dental clinic I’ve been to that is very prompt in keeping to the appointment times. I’ve heard many nightmare experiences of friends having to wait for hours at their dentist, but not here. I feel it’s testament to the wonderful culture they have in place. Dr Jaclyn is very experienced and professional. I had many questions throughout my 2-year Invisalign-braces journey and she never failed to answer them comprehensively, often allaying any fears or doubts I had, and managing my expectations along the way. Her calm and patient disposition always assures you that you’re in good hands whenever you sit in the chair!

I was attended to by Dr Shawna and her assistant Cindy. The assistant that took my X rays as well as counter staff were all friendly too.
Really like elite’s standard procedure, having thorough dental examination with X rays taken etc.
As a filling of mine had come off and I was feeling some sensitivity, Dr Shawna was flexible in shifting the dental consultation to a later time to attend to my filling first, which I appreciated. The filling was done nicely and was a smooth process, with local anaesthesia given to numb the sensitivity.
I was kept at ease and felt that the team takes pride in providing good service and dental care. Looking forward to my dental consult and more visits with them for any dental needs!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do filling/root canal on my teeth and I feel almost no pain during the treatment. Dr Jaclyn did a great job and she have very good professional knowledge, experience and skill.
