When are you open?

We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, and on Saturday, 9am – 1pm.

Our clinic closes every day from 1pm – 2pm for lunch.

Our after-hours emergency service incurs a SGD$500 surcharge. This surcharge is in addition to the emergency treatment fee.

There is plenty of parking available in the basement carpark of Orchard Building.

The parking rate is $1.30/30 mins from 6.30am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Yes. However, MCs are only provided to cover specific procedures. Please check with us whether it is applicable for your procedure.

We also provide time sheets upon request to indicate the time you were at our practice during your visit.

Our consultations are by appointment only. Please click here to submit an online booking request.

Please bring your identification documents (NRIC, EP, Work Pass, passport), insurance policyholder cards/policy numbers, CHAS/Pioneer Generation cards (if applicable), insurance forms (if required), list of medication you are currently taking and the most recent copy of any previous dental x-rays. It is a good idea to email your x-rays to us prior to your visit.

Dental treatment is safe during pregnancy. X-rays and elective treatment are best avoided especially during the first trimester. If extensive treatment is required, we will always get clearance first from your Gynaecologist prior to commencement.

Yes!! We absolutely love seeing children! Children should have their first checkup by the age of 1. Good dental habits (brushing teeth twice daily and flossing) should be started early. Avoid scheduling appointments during or close to nap times as this can make your child fussy and uncooperative.

If you have scheduled elective treatment or maintenance, it may be better to reschedule to when you are no longer contagious. Nasal congestion can make it difficult for you to tolerate dental treatment.

What are the various payment modes accepted?

We accept Cash, NETS, MasterCard, Visa, Amex and immediate interbank transfers.

A patient of ours once tried to pay using gold bars. Unfortunately we do not accept non-traditional methods of payment. We also accept cash cheques, but your treatment will only commence after the cheque is cleared in the bank.

We also offer interest-free UOB Credit Card instalment plans to make it easier for our patients to say “yes” to the treatment that they want and need.

* Please note that this list is non-exhaustive and if you are covered by dental insurance from other companies, do check with us if we can help you make a claim.

Yes, please bring the original card with you. You are entitled to a subsidy (fee reduction) according to the limits set by your card type. Do note that CHAS and Pioneer cards do not entitle you for free treatment.

Yes, you may. However, Medisave only covers certain surgical treatments. For more details, please see our Claims/Dental Insurance page.

Dental emergencies can include:

  • Severe Toothaches
  • Broken, cracked or dislodged teeth due to an injury or an accident
  • Swelling or infected abscess in the gums or face
  • Dislodged fillings, crowns or orthodontic brackets
  • Severe bleeding in the mouth or gums
  • Broken dentures

 

Important note for avulsed teeth

If an adult tooth has been avulsed or knocked out of the mouth completely, retrieve the tooth by holding only the crown (the white portion) and store it in a container filled with fresh full cream milk as soon as possible. Bring the tooth along to your appointment.

DO NOT rinse the tooth or attempt to clean/wipe it.

DO NOT handle the root (covered in red tissue/debris)

You may also be able to replace the tooth back into the socket before coming to the practice.

Time is of the essence. Successful re-implantation of avulsed teeth needs to be done within 20 minutes.

After hours dental emergencies

Our practice can cater for dental emergencies 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

If you have a severe dental emergency when our practice is closed, our rostered duty dentist can open up the practice to help at odd hours of the night or even during Sundays.

After office hours fee

Additional SGD $500

PH/Sunday (9am – 8pm)

Additional SGD $300

We charge a fee of SGD$500 before GST to open up our practice after office hours and to activate the necessary support staff and nurses.

This fee is in addition to the fees for the emergency dental treatment rendered.

A surcharge of $300 (before GST) is charged for public holiday/Sunday calls between 9am-8pm.

We also invite you to make use of our live video consultation for a free 15 minutes consultation with our dentists.
